Fixing ugly fonts in Opera on Linux
Problem
The Opera Browser, running on Linux, displays some fonts very pixelated and/or without anti-aliasing.
Solution
- Disable “X-Fonts”, which are enabled by default.
- If you’re using Opera now, open this link—
opera:config#UserPrefs|EnableCoreXFonts
—uncheck the box, and save the page. - Restart Opera, and the ugly fonts problem should be fixed.
